Questions people actually ask
Will building a website bring me customers?
No, and anyone who says it will is not telling you the truth. A website turns the people who arrive into customers — but you bring people with ads, your Facebook page or Google. If you want, our Launch Package gets that first campaign running.
Someone offered to build it for 5,000৳. Why are you so much more?
You can get a site for 5,000৳. Usually it is a template — no database, no admin panel, the domain in someone else's name, and nobody answering the phone three months later. We hand you the domain, the code and the database in your own name. If one page is all you need, our Lead Page is 12,000৳.
How many days does it take?
Lead Page 3 days, Complete Website 10 days, Custom Platform 21 days. The count starts the day we receive your content, not the day you pay the advance.
What if I don't like the design?
We show you the design before any code is written. Cancel at that point and you are refunded, minus a small discovery fee. After development starts there is no cash refund, but we hand over everything built so far, code included.
Whose name are the domain and code in?
Yours. The hosting and database accounts are opened under your email too — we are only members. You can remove us any day you like.
What does it cost after the first year?
Domain renewal is about 1,200৳ a year. At normal traffic, hosting and the database stay on the free tier. If the business grows, the database may cost about $25 a month — we'll tell you before it does.
Who fixes it if something breaks?
Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch. After that, a care plan — Basic 1,000৳/month, Standard 2,500৳/month. On Standard, if the site is fully down we respond within 2 hours. Without a plan it is 800৳/hour.
Do I have to shut down my Facebook page?
No. The page keeps running exactly as before. The website only takes on the jobs an inbox cannot handle — showing prices, the catalogue, taking orders.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, product photos, a product list with prices, and a short description of the business. We send a checklist when work starts. If we have it within 14 days we can deliver on time.
Can I pay in instalments?
The payment schedule is the instalment plan. Lead Page is paid in full up front. Complete Website is half up front and half before the site goes live. Custom Platform is 40% up front, 30% on design approval, 30% before going live. We don't split it further than that.
The customer who didn't get a reply today won't message again tomorrow.
